Why it’s important to drink a lot of water

Nearly 70% of our body is made of water. According to a great number of doctor you need to drink more than 1.5 Liter of water per day to fulfill your body’s demand.

If you drink more than 2 Liter water per day you wont be that hungry as you were before and that’s why you’ll lose weight easier than without drinking that much water.

Exercise

It helps your body to hydrate again. After an intensive exercise it’s very important to drink a lot of water. During your exercise you sweat and lose a lot of water which your body needs again.

Headache

Sometimes if you have a headache your body actually just needs water. This mechanism helps you to remember to drink more water.

School

It’s proven that people who drink more water are better in school. Your brain functions better and it’s more absorptive. You wont be more intelligent than others but faster.

Pimples

Water also helps you to reduce the risk of getting pimples. By drinking more water you help your skin to flush out all these toxic by sweating more.

Hangover

The best thing against a hangover is water. If you drink a lot of water before going to sleep you’ll reduce the possibility to be hangover the next morning.

Sick

Water helps you to get faster well when you’re sick. If you drink more water your body will sweat more and that helps you to get out al the bacterium you have in your body while you’re sick.
