If you want to eat something that is healthy and gives you energy for the day you need to make Pesto Pasta (spaghetti pesto). Below we’ll show you how to cook it.
Ingredients (4-6 pers.):
400 gram spaghetti
1 1/2 bunches fresh basil leaves
1 table-spoon pine nuts
3 garlic clove
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
grated Parmesan cheese
Put all the ingredients besides the spaghetti and the grated parmesan cheese in a blender and mix them until they look like a green paste. At the same time you need to put the spaghetti with a little bit of salt in boiled water and boil them for 6-10 minutes, depending on how you want them.
After the spaghetti and the pesto paste are finished add the paste to the spaghetti and mix them together. Serve it with parmesan cheese on the top. And voilà, you have your Pesto Pasta.
