How to prepare your healthy milkshake:

You can do it very easy and fast! You just need 3 types of fruits and 4 dl of milk.

  • The first fruit you need is a banana to get the sweet taste.

  • The second one is one nectarine.

  • And the third ones are blackberries, or if you don’t have blackberries you can also take some raspberries.

  • And of course you need 4 dl of milk.

Having all of your ingredients you put everything together in the mixer. After you mixed it you’ll get your healthy and delicious milk shake. The best part about it: you don’t need any sugar at all. All the fruits make it sweet enough.
