You need to drink more water. Avoid calories like all kinds of soda. Another possibility is tea without sugar. Especially green tea is very healthy.

  • Add a 20 minute work out to your daily routine

You can go running for 20 minutes, or just lift weight. You just need to do something!

  • Eat less candy and more fruits and vegetables

It’s easy, every day you eat instead of something sweet, a fruit. And instead of fries or something similar, vegetables.
